Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Umiksmart, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We offer free shipping on all orders and utilize both U.S. domestic warehouses and international facilities to ensure flexible and timely delivery. Please find the detailed information below:

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Status: During this period, your order status will be displayed as “Processing.”
Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time status updates.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from either our U.S. warehouse or our international warehouse. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Fulfillment Notice

We prioritize fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse whenever possible.
If your selected product is only available at our international warehouse, you will be notified via email.
Tracking details are sent within 1–2 business days after shipment.

Customs & Duties

All customs duties and taxes are covered by Umiksmart. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
We currently ship to the United States and Brazil only.
Please specify the correct country or territory during checkout (e.g., Puerto Rico or Guam).

Delivery Delays Not Attributable to Us

Changes to contact information or shipping address after order placement.
Order modifications such as color, size, or product changes.
Missed deliveries due to absent recipients or incorrect addresses.
Remote area deliveries with longer transit times.

Carrier Liability

Once an order is handed over to the logistics carrier, Umiksmart is not liable for delays or damages. Delivery schedules are subject to the carrier’s operational policies and regional conditions.
